The VU KHF community was invited to participate by the 3rd year students of Cultural Management, with encouragement coming from the Republic of Lithuania’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in Belarus Evaldas Ignatavičius and the Embassy’s Second Secretary Eglė Railė after the last-year second-hand book campaign that the Faculty organised.
Students of Vilnius University Kaunas Faculty of Humanities together with pupils from certain Old Town educational institutions put Kaunas citizens in an uplifting mood by organising a colourful and loud demonstration down the Vilnius street.
Prof. Dr. Virginija Jurėnienė (Department of Philosophy and Cultural Studies) has brought memorable experiences and impressions from Taiwan where the 7th international scientific conference “Passions for Learning: Forms of Knowledge, Forms of Acquisition” took place.
