Requirements
The conference is constituted by 4 conference sections. You are welcome to apply to a particular section of the conference with an paper summary (around 500 words in total, up to 1 page) until November 16, 2015. The purpose, methodology, results, theoretical contribution, practical implications (if applicable) of the research proposal should be indicated in the paper summary. The paper summary must be provided in the VUKHF template.
The notification of the acceptance will be provided by November 02, 2015. All authors of accepted paper summary are invited to conference event and prepare final papers based on summaries.

Registration
Registration fee per person is 25.00 EUR (twenty five EUR and 00 cents). The fee includes participation in all sections, coffee breaks, lunch, documentation and the material of the conference.
Registration fee must be paid after registration approval, until November 20, 2015 and shall be made by bank transfer to VUKHF-2015 conference bank account.
Non-EU citizens willing to take part in our conference will in most cases need to request a visa to legally enter the Schengen zone, so please kindly submit:
- your abstract (preferably by attachment in word format), and only after confirmation of acceptance, you may proceed to payment.
- your registration with all details (specially institution where you study/work).
Due to migration regulations, in order to issue an invitation letter (required to get a visa), you are kindly requested to submit a valid copy of your air tickets and hotel bookings confirming your trip, length and purpose of your stay. As you may well understand, our university takes responsibility for the reason of your entrance and stay in Lithuania.
Non-EU nationals willing to participate only as listeners are also required to submit full registration, including your institution.
Candidates who fail to fulfill this requirement cannot be accepted.
